Once, we received the order our team ship the order within 1-2 days only. after that as per delivery time it will deliver They utilize top-quality packaging materials from reliable vendors and conduct rigorous testing to ensure package durability. Note: Shipping charge is Rs.99 for orders below Rs.699.

If any delivery issues arise, our logistic partner will contact you for resolution. Please note that your order, including any bundled free gifts, will be shipped to the specified address with an invoice. While we aim to ship all items together, there may be instances where partial shipments occur.
How are the products packaged?
For optimal protection, each product is wrapped in bubble wrap, and fragile items like glass bottles receive an extra layer of bubble wrap. These items are then placed in sturdy cardboard boxes. Once packaged, our logistic partners take over the delivery process to the provided shipping address. Balancekart assumes responsibility for any damages that may occur to the products during transit to you.
Is it possible for me to track my order?
Upon placing your order with us, our dedicated warehouse immediately begins processing it. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email. This email will be sent to the email address you provided when placing your order and will include important information such as the tracking number and the courier company responsible for delivering your order. Alternatively, if you have registered an account with us, you can easily track your order by logging into the "My Account" section of our website. What time of the day will my order be delivered?
Our logistics partner will contact you via phone before delivering the product to the shipping address you provided during the order placement. It is important to ensure that you are available to receive these calls. Typically, our logistics partner will make up to three delivery attempts. If all three attempts are unsuccessful, the product will be returned to our warehouse. Please ensure that you are accessible and ready to receive the delivery to avoid any inconvenience.
What are the shipping charges applicable on my order?
The shipping and handling charges for your order may vary depending on factors such as the product you have ordered, packaging size, and other relevant considerations. Delivery Information
In the event that there is no one available at the designated address during the initial delivery attempt, our logistics partner will make two additional delivery attempts subsequently. We understand that circumstances may arise that prevent you from being available to receive the package, and in such cases, we encourage you to contact our Customer Services hotline to reschedule the delivery date. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
However, if all three delivery attempts are unsuccessful, our logistics partner will return the package to us.
